We hired Jeff and A Step Advice to clean our entire office. He was quick with a quote that was priced perfectly for our needs. He came out on a weekend when our staff level was at its lowest and worked diligently without any disruption to our business.

I arrived Monday morning to a very pleasant, clean scent as soon as I walked in. After surveying the entire office, I was completely shocked at what he was able to accomplish. Our floors (carpet and tile) looked brand new and he was able to lift stains that I thought were permanent.

They didn't take too much time but they also went back over a few areas after soaking it with some stain remover and the stains are GONE!!!! A Step Above is the perfect name for this family business. They were by far the best carpet company I've worked with! They were incredibly friendly and easy to work with as well. In less than 24 hours, I was able to reach out, get a quote, schedule a SAME WEEK appointment and they were flexible with my needs/schedule. Now, quality of work...again A STEP ABOVE! They knew I had a few serious issues with certain spots in the carpet and man did Jeff knock it outta the park!! My carpets look brand new! He took time to explain what works, doesn't work, the why behind it and I was impressed with his knowledge of his products, tools and how to resolve my issues. I also really like that they use all pet/kid safe solutions...no soaps! He was fast, efficient and I am beyond excited about the new, fresh feel of my home. Thank you thank you! I have included a pic of THE main issue spot and as you can see...like nothing was there!

Recommended by our neighbor, who is very critical because he owns his own business. He raved about his experience. We were also very pleased. Jeff was on time, very friendly, courteous, thorough, and professional. I started with a simple carpet cleaning, then added on tile and grout cleaning and sealing. My floors look like they were just installed.
He proved his work ethic by refusing to seal the grout ( more money for him) unless he and I  were both happy with how it looked because he would not seal in dirt he did not remove.
Will be my go to always.
